A.Why Give?
1.(Prov. 3:5-10; 11:24-25; 19:17) Giving to God, to others, and the poor in the proverbs.
a.Tithing and giving honors God, demonstrates love, releases faith, and activates laws of seedtime harvest.
2.(John 3:16-17) God showed His unconditional love for mankind in giving Jesus. Love gives, lust takes.
a.(1 Kings 17:1-16) Elijah and widow woman
b.(Mal. 3:10-12) Honoring God with the tithe.
c.(Mark 10:17-30) giving for the kingdom
d.(Luke 6:38 AMP) giving to others
e.(Acts 20:35) more blessed to give than to receive
f.(2 Cor. 9:6-11 AMP) sowing and reaping
