1. Who is the Holy Spirit?
a. Jesus introduces the Holy Spirit in John 14 through 16 as the Helper (Parakletos) called to one’s side to aid.

Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby
Never alone – (Heb. 13:5b-6 AMP)
~(John 16:5-7; 14:12)
2. What kind of help does He provide?
a. (John 14:26 AMP) Teach you all things and remind you of what Jesus has said.
b. (John 15:26-27 AMP) truth and be witnesses
~(John 8:44) Living free from the deceptions of the devil.
~(John 16:12-13 AMP) guide you into the Truth and tell you things to come.
~(John 16:14-15 AMP) glorify and reveal Jesus
~(Acts 1:8) power to be My witnesses
c. (John 16:8-11) He will convict of sin, of righteousness and of judgment.
~Judgment – (John 16:11 AMP; John 12:47-50 AMP; Rev. 20:10-15)
d. (Rom. 8:26-27 NKJV/AMP) Intercessor prays for the saints according to the will of God.
e. (1 Cor. 2:9-14 NLT) The Spirit reveals to us all the things God has freely given to us.
