A. A World Without Truth

B.The Truth
1.The God’s Word is the truth both written and living.
a.(John 8:31-32) Knowing the truth makes you free!
b.(John 17:13-21 NIV) God’s word is the truth.
c.(John 14:6) Jesus is the living truth.
d.(John 1:1-5, 14 KJV) Jesus is the Word that created everything.

2.God cannot lie!

3.God’s Word is eternal and never changes!
a.(Ps. 119:89; Matt. 24:35)
4.God’s Word is our guide in life.

5.God’s Word will break the power of sin. (Ps. 119:11)
6.God’s Word is the foundation for our faith. (Rom. 10:17)
a.(Matt. 8:5-13) great faith understands the authority in God’s Word.
