I. Being Fully Persuaded

A. How to Be Fully Persuaded

1. (Rom. 4:17-21 KJV) Abraham was fully persuaded.

a. Being fully persuaded is believing God with all your heart despite contrary physical evidence.

2.What’s involved with being fully persuaded?

#1.Know the promise of God for your situation.

#2. Embrace the promise of God with all your heart.

#3. Don’t consider anything contrary to the promise of God.

B. Consider the Promise not the Problem

1. (Rom. 4:19-20) Abraham considered that God’s promise was greater than his problem.

a. (v19) considered – to fix one’s eyes or mind upon; to observe fully

b. (v20) stagger, doubt, waver

~(Jas. 1:5-8) double-mindedness

c. (v20) glory – praise, honor, worship, good opinion.

2. Faith single-mindedly focuses on the promise and not the problem.

a. (2 Cor. 4:18 AMP; 2 Cor. 5:7)
