A. Your Words Aligned with God’s Word

1.(Heb. 11:3 NKJV; 1:3 AMP) God’s Word is the ultimate power (the parent force) that created everything, and is continually holding everything together in the universe.

B. The Blessing of God

1. (Prov. 10:6) Blessing and curses are conferred by words.

a. What is the blessing of God?

~The blessing of God is God’s divine favor spoken over you.

~The blessing of God is not “the things.”  A house, car, money, health is not the blessing. Things are the by-products of the blessing.

b. (Gen. 1:26-28) God conferred blessing on mankind at creation.

~(Gen. 3:17-19) the earth is under the influence of the curse of the Satan after the fall of man.

~(Gen. 4:9-11) Cain was cursed from the ground.

~(Mal. 4:5-6 NLT) OT ends in the earth’s curse.

c. (Gal. 3:13-14 NLT) Jesus came to rescue mankind from the curse by taking the curse upon Himself.

~(Gal. 3:9 NLT) believers have the same blessing that Abraham received.

2.(Gen. 12:1-3) the Blessing of Abraham

a.(Gen. 13:1-7) Abram became rich after lying about Sarai being his sister to Pharaoh in Egypt.

~Lot and Abram separate

b. (Gen. 14:18-20) Melchizedek blesses Abram.

c. (Gen. 15:6, 18) God makes covenant with Abram.

~Abram has Ishmael with Hagar in chap. 16

d. (Gen. 17:1-7, 15-19) God changes their names!

e. (Gen. 21:1-7) Sarah births Isaac

f. (Gen. 22:14-18) God tests Abraham

g. (Gen. 24:1) Abraham blessed
