A. Your Life Reflects Your Heart 2
1. One of the most profound truths in the scriptures is that your life reflects your heart. If you want to change your life you must first change what’s in your heart. It’s the primary reason I recommend a proverb a day.
a. (Prov. 27:19 NIV; 4:20-24 AMP) Solomon
2.Your heart is the soil and God’s Word is the incorruptible, infallible seed.
a.(Isa. 55:8-11 NLT) God’s Word is Seed and Bread
~(Matt. 4:4) the same way our bodies need daily nourishment our hearts need the word.
~The Word is the only weapon Jesus used against the devil’s temptations.
b.(John 1:1-5, 14) God and His Word are one!
c.(Heb. 4:12 AMP) God’s Word is alive!
d.(1 Pet. 1:23 AMP) God’s Word is Seed, Sperm
e.(Ps. 107:20) God’s Word heals!
3.The book of proverbs is seed of God’s wisdom to be planted in the heart.
