~Bethel – house of God; Ai – heap of ruins

a. (2 Pet. 3:1-6) God protected Sarai and prospered her family because she submitted to Abram even when though he was wrong.

~Abram hurt for all of his poor choices and decisions – Lot/Hagar/Ishmael
