A.Prayer of Agreement
1.Prayer is relational communication and fellowship with God based on His Word. Prayer invites heavens intervention into earthly matters, brings eternity into time, and brings the eternal into the physical.
a.The 1st and primary purpose of prayer is to establish and maintain a personal intimate relationship with the Lord.
2.Prayers of agreement should be a major part of our prayer life and a vital part of your lifestyle.
a.(Matt. 16:19 AMP) keys to the kingdom – agreement with heaven causes change in earth.
b.(Matt. 18:18-20 AMP/MSG) agreement on heaven and earth.
~(Deut. 32:30) the power of agreement/unity
~(Amos 3:3 NLT) agreement is necessary
3. The power of unity.
a.(Gen. 1:26) unity of the Godhead to create man.
b.(John 17:20-23) Jesus prayed for our unity
c.(Acts 2:1-4) unity of man brought the Holy Spirit
d.(Gen. 11:1-9 GNT) believe and say the same thing
e.(Gen. 17:1-6, 15-18 all GNT) call yourself what God calls you.
f.(Ps. 133:1-3 AMP) the place of God’s commanded blessing
